Jay: It must be the “Excluded” category at the end of the list. That one shouldn’t be there, as it isn’t a category.

Azhar: Our first iteration will work on a per category basis. If you were under budget by $10 on Restaurants and your budget was $100, next month you’ll have $110. I can see us supporting other modes in the future though.
