Create category rules based on the card. Helpful for business cards or any card used only for one category of transaction.

Expense Group

Hi! Maybe we can add an option for all of one’s card expenses to be a category on its own? For example, I gave my mom one of my credit cards to spend as her own and I’d like to track this separately.

Auto-categorize using card details

Certain cards indicate certain categories (my wife fills up her car at gas stations using her debit card, yet copilot associates those charges with my car even though I never go to gas stations with my car).
I’d love to see the card used get factored into the intelligence of automatic categorizing.

I wish I have an option to where the transactions on an account can be set to a certain categories.
My scenario:
My husband and I have our “spending” account and all of our spending goes to “Thomas” and “Rachel” categories, so we know how much personal spending we do. But right now all of our spending we have to manually change the categories on that account.

Limit a rule’s scope to certain cards too, that way I can auto categorize transactions by name for a specific card - because I have transactions with the same name but would be a different budget if on a different card

Categorize transactions automatically not only by name, but also by account.
