Refund notifications

I’d love to track pending refunds that I’m waiting for and get a notification when one hits my credit card.
Could be similar to the flow for adding a recurring payment.

When Copilot detects a new expense, have an option for a timer/reminder/alarm after a certain amount of time (days/weeks/months/etc)
At the end of this timer, prompt the user to remind them to confirm if they received a refund that they processed for that item (so they can follow up with the company if their refund was not received) or to let them know that the item is no longer refundable/exchangeable shortly after the alert comes in.
