Allow the ability to set different monthly start dates for rollover categories.

I don’t like that my rollovers include months from last year. Being able to set my rollover per calendar year would be a good start on making this feature more useful.

Example: Since my “shopping” category is really high in December, it affects my rollover late in the early months of 2022.

Would love to be able to limit the dates for rollovers to be on a yearly basis. I.e. from Jan 2022-Dec 2022 my budgets rollover but then Jan 2023 starts fresh with my new planned budget.

I wish that when I am choosing categories to use the rollover feature, instead of having to choose some month to have it had started at- to category by category set what the starting dollar to be. This is useful for being able to track some of my savings goals for like travel or furniture that I was doing before I started using copilot

Allow for budgets with Rollovers to have a set starting amount.

"I want to have a budget called spending cash that has $150 a month contributed to it. I also want it to start with a balance of $500.

So for example, I want the balance at the start of May to be $500. Then at the start of June I want it to increase to $650. If I were to spend $50 in May, my June starting balance would be $600."
